Thank you guys so much. I'm so incredibly excited. I received a Directors appointment to the position, which means I didn't actually apply or interview for it… That kind of feels like a lot of pressure not to really fuck up, but I think it is a good fit and I think it will be a good move.

I accepted the position and LOVE it. I have decided I can pick up some clients in the evening if I want to, but I'm really doing okay with purely management so far Thanks so much for y'all's advice
