Canvas Stadium

It is pretty nice. I will say that the concourses are way too narrow, the traffic flow to concessions and the bathrooms is God awful and the stairs into the upper decks lead to unnecessary congestion. The skunk like stink of pot smoke might have negatively impacted my perception - but I wasn't particularly blown away.

Were the flashing lights as annoying and seizure inducing as they were on TV?

Yep. I don't quite get the hype factor of twinkling stadium lights, but whatever gets you going, I guess. It's like some dude standing at the light switch flipping it on and off at Prom to get the kids on the dance floor.

The drone footage that they showed during the game was a neat thing. UW could easily do that.

I will say that their PA system is far superior to ours.

One other gripe - when did it become ok to pump in stadium music right up to the snap of the football?

Since Boise started cheating by doing this.

I would say it's far better than the old stadium they had. But, the concession prices were at NFL levels. They didn't have enough staff scanning tickets into the stadium so the lines were way too long. It's typical csewe, they find a way to screw up anything. Last thing, why put the video screen behind the endzone with the seating? Shouldn't it go at the open end zone so more people can see it? People were constantly turning around to see the replay.
It reminds of the joke about the idiots who planned on a space landing on the sun. Someone told them they would burn up instantly and they replied they were going at night.
