There was a decent big pool on east 20th street in Cheyenne a couple of blocks from Holliday Park I used to get to swim in. When you are a little kid you don’t remember how blue your lips were when you didn’t have to go to the public pool. Looked it up on the satellite and the pool is still there but wasn’t maintained in the view I was able to see.
We had an inflatable pool we used to put under the slide on the swing set and go flying head first into the 8” depth
. My dad who pinched every penny got generous and hooked the hose up to the hot water in the house to make up for the lack of hot days in Wyoming and the cold Rocky Mountain water.
