I think that it would be best to leave out the picture of the "Typical College" kids.....because it makes it seem like the typical college kid is an amoral, sleezy piece of trash that spends most of their time in an alcoholic or drug induced haze. Frankly I wouldn't be a proud parent to see my kid amongst those sleezy kids.

It is also not a wise thing to bring in the religious aspect as there are a lot of Mormons that go to UW and are big supporters of UW, so you just insulted a good sized group of people. Just saying.

If they're insulted by history, what actually happened, and their own freaking newspaper, fuck 'em. There's no right enshrined to not be offended that I know of.

Did you read the script below the photo? Some of the crudest stuff that I have read in a long time. I am not a BYU fan by any figment of the imagination but I don't think that attacks against some ones religion simply because you don't care for them and also using really foul language does anything except make you look bad. Frankly speaking, whether you like it or not, BYU is able to play top flight teams in Provo and they are making a lot more money than if they were still in the MWC, but the BYU situation is an unusual one because of their church affiliation on a world wide basis and they have their own TV network. I do not think that it would be difficult for the BYU football program to join a conference, it only depends on what conference. I would dare say that the MWC would welcome BYU back in a heartbeat. But whether they could join the PAC12 or similar conferences is the big question. These are just the realities of the situation and it doesn't matter one bit what you or I think of it.

If you are going to attack their religion, I can't wait to see you attack Muslims or Catholics.....or is your hatred only against certain religions? How fast do you think if you would attack the Muslim religion it would be taken off the board? Ignorance and hypocrisy comes in many forms.....just be careful because you might just become part of that group....without thinking.

Where's the attack on religion anywhere in the post? It's a picture of a football team and their quest for an undefeated season. Is it hard to come down off of that cross and converse with us losers?

First off, I never mentioned anything about "religion." I posted a picture. A picture that depicts some interesting historical revelations about the LDS religion and their beliefs, sure, but not my writing.

But in the event you want my opinion on religion, let me know, and I will share it with you. You won't like it, but it is my opinion, which I am entitled to - in the event you forgot where you are living.

Second, I am not biased toward any religion when it comes to bWHYu. I hate all hypocritical judgmental fans of that putrid cesspool - Muslim, Catholic, Mormon, Lutheran, whatever. Just so happens...well...you know.

Now, I would like you to explain to your grandchildren, children, parents, etc., how religion and choices work in the United States of America. And how those choices became afforded to / for you. And further, explain to them how you are entitled to your own opinion, and how freedom of speech works.

My favorite thing about Utah going undefeated and winning the Sugar Bowl a few years back, is that was the year BYU made those "Quest for Perfection" shirts. Just to see their biggest rival do it brought me joy.
And my favorite thing about Utah going to the Pac12 is the way it pissed BYU fans off and they started crying.
And now that Utah is no longer renewing the rivalry game with BYU, BYU fans say things like "they are scared to play us". Umm...news flash here people in Provo...Utah has beaten you 9 out of the last 12 times, including 4 or 5 straight. They certainly aren't scared to play you. Plus they play a brutal pac12 schedule, why schedule BYU who is an independent and brings nothing to the table when Utah beats them?
I'm not a Utah fan, but like the old saying goes, "The enemy of my enemy is my friend".

When it comes to BYU and Utah stuff, I bleed crimson.
Otherwise, Utah can screw off too.

I will say that it's posts like this one that make us wonder why some of our best lds athletes choose byu over Wyoming. It makes it look like lds kids (which I don't have to remind you is a large portion of the western side of the state) will enter a hostile environment if they choose Wyoming.

It's fine to hate a team because time after time they beat you badly for most of your life but to turn it into a targeted hate about everything they stand for is stepping beyond the mark of sports.

I'm not a byu fan but almost all of my in laws are and mostly because they believe a lot of Wyoming fans are hostile against their religion. Last year the top two athletes in the state of Wyoming were Dino Collins and Cody savage from Lovell. They decided to walk on to byu instead of Wyoming and don't think think f u byu chants and people mocking lds people for values in message boards etc didn't have something to do with it.
