Sounds like to me that Burman already had a list and had already checked it twice, if you know what I mean. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Burman hadn't already made a few "quiet" contacts and found who was available and interested. I think that it also means that Burman doesn't want a guy who they have to really, really have to convince to come to Laramie. That type of guy would be out on the first plane after a successful season.

I really hate it when we screw around and don't repave our highways. We spend too much time chasing pavement. Despite that being the point, and despite that being what we pay WYDOT to do. Doing _your_ job is tough.

I also hate it when our garbage men pick up garbage. They spend too much time doing that. They really should just drive up and down the alleys and pretend to do their jobs as well.

Burman's job is to find a good football coach! I think 90% of the people on this board could do better at hiring than him. 90% could also do a better job of finding talent than him. This is his job - all 250k worth.

He is downplaying it - he needs to step up and at least make us fans feel good.
