Brown (Secondary coach) Leaves Team

I saw that tweet yesterday, and read about it this morning.

I wish him all the best. Maybe he will remain a fan of UW.

Coach Brown is a stand-up guy. Had to deal with a lot of injuries and, subsequently, was forced to play a walk-on, if I'm not mistaken, and obviously a couple with no seasonin'. Tough position to coach but he did the best with what he had. The guy can coach, he was just put in a tenuous position. I wish him the best. He will be on someone else's staff very soon.

Perfect, maybe the Browns secondary coach will come be our DB coach, and the Pellini will come in as our DC.

He may be a stand-up guy, but I respectfully disagree that he's a good coach. From one and done at Fresno to one and done with Wyoming, if he's on another D1 staff next year it would be at that program's own folly. From my memory on this board, the mantra from some was that he was a great recruiter. I don't know who he had a hand in bringing in either.

I'm actually encouraged by this move in that, to me, it shows that Bohl isn't blinded by loyalty like Glenn was.
