Brian Hill Waived

Should've paid attention to the odds and stuck around. Same with Allen. Underclassmen generally don't succeed when they come out before their senior year.

Allen went 7 overall. The only bad thing is, he ended up with a worse o-line than what he had here.

NEver thought that was possible in the NFL.

Yeah, Allen made the right choice. Staying one more year would've risked his pay day for what? Maybe a spot or two higher in the draft?

He really maybe should've left the year before, if anything

To be fair, though, I don't think he's a first rounder and maybe not even a second rounder a year earlier.

I think Hill left at the right time. His ceiling is probably as a 5th rounder and one of the knocks on his draft stock was the amount of carries in college. What would one more year do for him but put him at risk for injury? Still got paid a nice chunk of change for a 21 year old and likely gets picked up by another team.

Hill cleared waiver wire today, expected to be signed to Bengals practice squad. Money wise he will earn a minimum of around $130,000, but with his year in the league, he will likely get more. Not bad, at least in my world.

Not bad, but I bet he wants to run over defenders though.

I don't see the Atlanta signed Hill. The Bengals did not sign him to the practice squad either.

Gentry has signed with the Bears practice squad.

No that tweet is clearly after my post.

Nonetheless Brian Hill is a Falcon again as stated yesterday.

The oline in Buffalo is/was like ok ours, i want him to play some but hope he doesnt get hurt this season. NFL speed is truly gonna be a learning curve for Josh

Josh kept his head. And barring 2 throws, he was pretty on point with his passes. When he had a chance to throw them and the guys were "open".

Yet another problem Josh is all too familiar with.
