Geez, guys, it's not like brett has made a habit of getting kicked out of games


IMHO it's his fiery competitive spirit that makes him a top level qb and I for one would not be willing to neuter him by telling him to "grow up" because of one game

After almost getting a career ending (maybe even a life ending) injury due to an out of bounds/late hit and then the officials not even throwing a flag on a blatant out of bounds hit today, I think his frustration level exceeded the breaking point. Absolutely it hurt us, but we must have someone ready to come in that can get the job done.

I agree, thats why i like him as our QB because obviously kirk and Thompson dont bring that energy to the table and i dont want to see him lose that. but on the other had he does need to keep it in check. He still really young over time he will get better about keeping it in check while still bringing the fiery competitive spirit

Gotta say I agree with this. Most of the time his fiery spirit pumps up the team. Tonight it backfired terribly. I'd be willing to bet he never lets it happen again.
