Brett Smith Top 15 pick in 2014 NFL Draft

I've been searching all over seeing where Brett is rated among the top QB for the 2014 draft. So far, as far as I can see, nobody has him as one of the top prospects for next spring's NFL draft. But Carr, Fales, Mariota, Manziel, McCarrron, Boyd, Boyles, Bridgewater, etc. are all on the list as top prospects thus far. I have a hunch that regardless how high he gets, he will be Poke next season. He just loves the school and team so much, I can't imagine him leaving early, especially with a date in Oregon next season looming.
