After last nights loss, Joe Lunardi on ESPN and John Gasaway who does bubble watch on ESPN still have us as a 9 seed.


Jerry Palm of CBS after last nights loss still has Wyoming as an 8 seed.


Which is still very firmly in the tournament. Lunardi has San Diego St as a last 4 team in.

We win the last 2 regular season games we are in. Or if we split them and win at least one game in the MWC tournament we are in.

Only thing that can’t happen is we split the last 2 and get knocked out in the first game of the MWC tourney or lose both the last two regular season games.

Down to 45 in Net now. SDSU, Boise and CSU all in top 30. My guess is all 3 of them are in and we are now on the wrong side of the bubble.

I think we have at this point played ourselves out of the tournament and will have to play ourselves back in by winning 3 or 4 in a row here (the last 2 plus 1 or 2 in the tournament). If we drop either of the last 2 I think our net will drop into the 50s and we will have to win the mw tournament

I think you are correct. We need to win out the regular season and win a game in the MWCT... maybe two. This season is turning out to be a kick in the nuts... in typical cowboy fashion.

I like the 2 or 3 seed side of the bracket much better than the 4 seed. We could avoid The Potatoheads, SDSU New Mexico and UNLV until the championship game. And we could beat the ewe goats and send them packing.

Yeah they moved us down to work to do last night. San Diego St. still listed as work to do also.

This UNLV game is a must win tonight. If Wyoming loses it then we are in real serious trouble of not making the tournament.
