Boycott Walmart in Laramie

I'm with you, I avoid that place like the plague. I will never buy anything at Walmart. I don't support their business model, or some of their clientele. I've been run into too many times by the fat lady with a shopping cart in a hurry to go stock up on $1.99 bags of Cheetos to stuff her face with. We have two of them in Missoula, and I used to buy groceries there, but having my blood pressure through the roof upon leaving was enough. F that place. Two towns here in Western Montana have been fighting Walmart for years to keep them out of town, and they've been winning.. they're fighting the good fight.

Shouldn't we all be boycotting Wal-Mart anyway? I don't go to the one here in Lincoln unless I absolutely can't get what I need anywhere else.

If that is true that is a different story. Hell our tickets have both logos on them as do many t-shirts for sell. I haven't been to walmart, I've only seen the photo posted here, and maybe I assumed the worst. If it is setup as a N vs UW display then that does change things.

If someone is out there maybe we need a wider angle picture?
 
There is no Wyoming anything on display. Next to this Nebraska N display they are actually also selling Nebraska shirts. Only sign of UW is at the usual front of the store.

Was in there an hour ago and they do have a UW across from the big "N," it is made with like Sundrop cans (could be wrong on the brand) and is really hard to see. :tickedoff:

Apparently Wal-mart has now put up a W next to the N out of Pepsi packs. People have been raising hell about it.

I went in there tonight to pick up some Nyquil and saw that. It gave me the urge to push the whole damn display over. The shirts next to it put me over. If I wasn't so sick I would probably be in Walmart lockdown right now for causing mass damage

My thoughts exactly. If I lived their I might accidently knock it over and put it back together with a W. That and destroy anyone that tried to stop me. Honest mistake, I am like an elephant in a china cabinet.

I've never posted on here before so first off hello fellow Cowboy fans. I saw this display yesterday as well as all the Husker apparel and the "Welcome Nebraska fans" painted on the front window. I actually worked at this store last summer, and yes, both the new store manager and the assistant manager are from Nebraska.

Yep. Although they are generally accepted at the Saratoga brewfest which only invites Wyo breweries.

'Bout the only two breweries in Wyo that bottle/can their goods are Snake River and Wind River, at least that I know of.
