Great stuff. Really wish the larger conferences didn't have so much influence. Heaven forbid Jim Delaney and the Big Ten actually having to earn their prestige in a playoff format. :roll:

The talk of this half-assed playoff is annoying. It will start at 4-teams, and eventually grow to much more. Ask any of the pioneering FCS programs.....it will never stay at 4.

1-4? Ok. But they should at they very least be conference champs. If, and quite possibly, when it is extended to more than all of the conference champs for the playoffs, than we can look at adding division champs as well.

Let rhe chaos begin. 4 teams it will be......than the #5th ranked team will complain about being excluded unfairly....than we move to 8....and the process goes on. Wish they weren't half-assing this.
