We're going to be in that brand new just created within hours ago bowl in who knows where, Texas against Ball State. And yes, we played them earlier this season and clobbered them 45-12 in Laramie.

I seriously doubt that it would be against Ball State if we went to this game. There has been exactly 1 bowl game rematch in the past 10 years, and that involved a 5-7 team that got in because there weren't enough eligible teams.

I agree. This is ridiculousness. Create a laste minute bowl game to accomodate Hawaii staying home to play Memphis after losing multiple starters to the transfer portal. Wyoming probably going to a bowl game that doesn't even have a place or time yet to likely play a MAC team.

I'm pretty sure the 'mystery meat' thing is a joke being spread by the media until the bowl gets a real name.

Well, it's not gonna be in NM. I would've gone to that game on the way home from this three week training in Norman. But I sure as hell ain't gonna go to Boise or Detroit. Probably wouldn't go to Texas either.
