How many returns over 20 yards have we had this season?

That is the best way to describe the poor guy. Great guy, just not a FBS QBSubcanis said:Golfclap. ROFL.SDPokeFan said:I kinda feel sorry for Colby. He's in so far over his head. It's like watching an armless man try to eat ice cream.
This isn't a typical return. There are no gunners on a field goal attempt. The line is compromised of fat lineman, a long snapper, and a few tight ends. There are no guys who can chase down a speedy guy like Finley. Throwing him back there would be the best chance Wyoming would have at scoring a touchdown all game.Asmodeanreborn said:Wyo2dal said:Imagine if we had someone bright enough to position themselves in the end zone and try to return a FG that had no chance of making it.

But, but, but, if you look at his stats... they're not that bad. Forget that it's obvious the offensive coordinator has his hands tied behind his back because Kirkegaard has so little talent.wyokoke said:That is the best way to describe the poor guy. Kirk is gone no matter what, time to get the other qbs reps who haven't played at all this season. At this point how much worse could it be

I work during the week. And this is a message board. I will post what I want. And I want them to be competitive. Any other dumb questions, coach?kansasCowboy said:SDPokeFan said:If that's true it is the ultimate indictment of this program.Subcanis said:Because apparently Kirk is the best option we have to win games.[emoji52]WyomingAg said:At this point why are we not putting in a qb to get reps for next year. That's what happens when your number one goes (tries to) pro and your number two transfers. Your left with number three and number four as your new one and two. Stop your pissing about the same thing every Saturday! I noticed that you only come in here to piss and moan on game days, but when it comes to mid week you're a whistle in the wind. Just stop! We don't need to hear the same thing over week in and week out.
We're playing probably the best team in the conf and we are now down our top two RBS. What more do your want from these guys?! Huh?
It's Bohl's first year. Give him sometime, fuck. Give him a few years before you bitch about what he inherited from quite possibly our worst HC who couldn't win in a very weak conference.Cornpoke said:Football starts with fundamentals. If you can't block or tackle your in bad shape. I have coached youth teams that understand fundamentals better than this team.
I really want to keep my faith in Bohl and what he wants to accomplish. But please please please we NEED a gimmicky offense. Pro style is not gimmicky. Spread is not gimmicky. Let's try something else and put points on the board!
Anyone to this day that says Dana Dimel and Many Mitsakus didn't know how to score points can suck it. With them two at the helm that was the LAST time we were actually competitive in football. Period.
You have such a loser mentality. Your teams must just roll over and take it deep on Friday nights.kansasCowboy said:SDPokeFan said:Which is worse...our offense or our defense?
The true answer to that question... Just you.
Why did everyone hate Dimel so bad?Cornpoke said:Football starts with fundamentals. If you can't block or tackle your in bad shape. I have coached youth teams that understand fundamentals better than this team.

You never know what can happen in a play no one expects, That is why you always send someone deep. Hell who knows the offense might have gone to sleep and just let him get a full head of steam. Fact is IMO the coaching staff should be doing anything and everything to try and score.
I think the jump pass that Hill attempted could have easily been a first down if the receivers didn't fail.
Don't get me wrong. I'm sold on Bohl as a head coach but that doesn't mean we have to run a pro style offense. That takes man on man talent. We don't have it. You have to outplay your opponent and take advantage of mismatches every down for a pro style offense to work. I honestly don't see us EVER doing that.fromolwyoming said:It's Bohl's first year. We sacked the sheep twice, they have not sacked us once. Interesting little stat.
