Makes me think our staff doesn't do a whole lot of 11 v. 11 live reps and instead evaluates more based on drills/workouts. Might explain why they stuck with Woods last year despite his inability to fall forward after contact and TVW this year. That or they're just incompetent at identifying talent.
 
It was prob more of not really getting a look at chambers as a true freshman. I would imagine they believed they had something in tvw that would demand most of the time to get ready. Then he comes out and shows big flashes in game 1. Now after 1 week we "have something" w tvw.

Tvw struggles against the 3 best teams and it's easily accepted. So then you just kind of wait because you expect a breakout. And it never happens. Almost start slowly moving in reverse.

So I guess I can kind of defend the coaches why tvw has lasted this long without seeing chambers. But then you use hindsight and maybe see that the sign should have been the wofford game. Maybe then you realize you may need more at qb. (But even the wofford game tvw plays his best 2 mins of the season to close that game out)

i had a slight cringe, and then joined in cheering once the feel good happys overcame from that sweet music. i think their new stadium has some good acoustics now...

pretty sure the fans were doing it when they brought the boot over and they joined in. i dont think its bad sportsmanship, poor taste or anything. i like this in a rivalry.

Too easy to satirize. They deserve all the mocking they can get.
 
I really like how Bohl's teams don't pack it in. That's a real testament to the staff and type of players they are trying build. Always awesome to have the boot.

CSU is really bad and did pack it in. Love it. Still not sold on Vigen unless we face FCS-level teams like NMSU, Wofford, and CSU. Fortunately we don't have an FBS-level team remaining.
