Offense still can't do much, and defense is getting pushed back hard.

I never thought I would say this but boy do I miss Dave christensen's offense it actually scored touchdowns and they could move the ball

Our secondary looks a bit iffy. When we have four guys in coverage and they only go deep with two receivers, one of those receivers probably shouldn't be all on his own.

Ha! You're funny. The only difference is that under DC, we would be 3 and out in about 10 seconds rather than 90.Teams like BSU that had even a modicum of life on defense shut his offense down hard.

At least if they don't get the ball out quickly, they're forced to take penalties. Our line actually gets penetration.

Our defense would probably play a lot better if our best player wasn't always starting off 15+ yards off the line of scrimmage...

I guess the real problem is that Rypien often gets rid of the ball within a couple of seconds of the snap.

Love giving ten yard cushions every time they pass... looks like we’re playing prevent defense from behind. We’ll see how it plays out...

The last several games we got no pressure rushing 4. This game we started by rushing 5 and 6 and were at least getting some pressure. That drive we went back to only 4 and boise gashed us every play. Why? Why change up what was working this game in defense

So we're back to the Jr high playbook on offense which means we're not likely to win this game on 2 yard rushes up the middle all game long.

Game is probably over now. I don't think we can score twice. What did we do in practice for 2 weeks?

I honestly believe this offense does it have one real playmaker not one. Year 5 that seems to be a problem

Christensens offense in his last year was ranked 22 in total offense at year end. The defense was horrible at 111. But that 22 ranked offense was a far far cry from what we had last year or now
