Boise Prediction..

I suspect a game similar to the Air Force game. I think we will look good in the first half and probably enter halftime with a lead. If we can even play an average second half, I think we get out of there with a win. If we play to just "hang on" in the second half, Boise will mount a comeback and steal the win at home.

The Air Force loss hurt, but we still have a road to the MWC championship game, and most likely, a rematch with the fly boys. To get there, we have no room to slip up. Every single game on the schedule is a must win. We will soon find out just how good this Wyoming team is.

The outcome of this game is the difference between a great season and a typical "good enough" season. I suspect that the players feel that and will be super focused. Unfortunately, BSU is in a similar situation. Maturity and mindset will be the difference here. I don't think they (or anybody in the MW) is so far ahead of us with talent that we can't beat them even if they play a good game. Have to play with aggression and minimize mistakes. I don't know what to predict but I'll let my brown and gold lenses overshadow my skepticism of Bohl in big away games...

30-20 Pokes!

Mr Red Shoes redeems himself and the Pokes get it done on Smurf turf for the 1st time 34-31..Get er done Pokes

I think we may finally pull one out here on the Blue. I'm not usually a homer...but we're scrappy, much improved in a lot of areas, and BSU is having a downish year with questionable coaching and a ton of inconsistency. The talent discrepancy is still there, but yea.

Give me Wyoming 27-24 in a nailbiter.

I'm hoping I'll be functional enough to pay attention to the game, lol. Going in this afternoon to have a 7mm kidney stone surgically removed and a temporary stent put in, so I'm gonna be pretty drugged up and uncomfortable all weekend. :(

Hopefully a Pokes win makes it a bit more bearable!

This game defines the team. We played four teams that were ranked when we played them, we beat two, and played the other two close for 7 of the 8 quarters. Yet here we are as underdogs again, this time vs a team with a losing record. I see it, Boise is home, they're traditionally very good, and we seem to never beat them. After the AF game I am not as confident, but I feel a win by a point or two.

Optimistic thoughts are great, but after that performance this coaching staff truly don't get it at the "D1" level..and its year in and year out, unfortunately 57-59 after 10 years, not a good showing

Hate to say it, but I absolutely expected a UW loss yesterday. Just had a bad feeling. But certainly didn't expect it to be that bad.
