Ok, now that the season is over I just have to say.....the coaching gear that Wyoming wore this year was butt ass ugly! Did anyone else see the shoes they were sporting? I think they were skateboard shoes. For a man who spends thousands on suits he had some bad taste in coaching apparel. But what do I know I live in Sweats. :winky:

Shoes were Nike spineless golf shoes. http://m.nike.com/us/en_us/pd/lunar-waverly-golf-shoe/pid-10196133/pgid-10213157" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Also, Wyoming does not get much say at all about what Nike gives them. The stripped shirts are blank shirts that Nike Golf sells and they slap a steamboat on it. You can buy the blanks from many golf retailers. Its unfortunate, but at a smaller school, Nike give's you what they want and you take it. I on the other hand, really liked the stripped shirts. It's something different that we haven't seen. My only complaint is that the really cool Nike stuff is never for sale to the general public. For instance, the men's and women's basketball teams have some really cool zip up Nike jackets, but they are only for the team and coaches.

You are a little misleading in this statement....Coaches and staff have the freedom to choose any apparel that is currently in the Nike inventory. They will even custom make a current style in our colors. They staff chooses what they want to wear, even though it is limited to current stock inventory. Bohls staff picked those butt ugly combinations.

Nike does not have many options in a given year though. Their selection is very limited. This is the reason you see many other small schools with similar polos, just in different colors. Point being though that Nike does not "custom" make us anything other than a custom color. They are not designing for us like a Oregon for example.

My wife almost got talked into buying that awful brown with gold striped polo the coaches wear for me. I am so grateful she knows me so well - and didn't buy that piece of shit that would have just collected dust in my closet.

I actually like that polo. I have that one and the white one with brown stripes. I am not sure why we didn't get new pullovers this year.

You guys like these?

I'm surprised with the pace and regimen that Coach Bohl is on that he even finds time to go home. He probably hasn't even been home since the NMex game.

I am not sure he is out recruiting...he was at the Rac the other day.

I think I heard he was in Washington after the NMex game.
