Bills win

I saw something on twitter earlier in the season showing the differences in types of plays called depending on if the team is leading or behind. Buffalo, who has been leading for the majority of the season, is just like most teams in that they throw more when behind and run more when ahead. I think its... interesting.... to note that Baltimore was the opposite. They threw more this season when ahead and let Henry run the ball more when behind. That is exactly what they did that entire 3rd quarter that got them back into that game. Let Henry dominate. If that doesn't say something about how the people who know Lamar the best (his coaches) see him then I don't know what does. Their actions speak louder than their words.
That's actually an interesting point. I wonder also if the Bills moved out of the alignment that had (mostly) bottled Henry up to avoid the long bomb, and Balto took advantage of it to cut him loose.

If you shrink the sample size of football stats down to a quarter or a half...you get some weirdness based on whatever is happening at that moment.

You have got to be kidding me.

Refs screwed the bills on that 4th down spot and Kincaid drops a crucial ball. Never trust a Ute!!!!!

No way. Allen will win a Super Bowl. Dude feeds off proving the doubters.
So was Ewing. Bulls and Jordan were always there.

Josh will be a first ballot hof, but the superbowl hurdle is high and their window is closing for this roster. They're bound to be have a bit of step back.

Frankly, the roster step back has been happening. In the AFC there are a number of up and coming teams for the Bills to contend with in the next few years. Josh is unreal....but football is such an ultimate team sport. It is starting to look like the Bills organization is really, really good in the era where really really good just gets you beat by the Chiefs every time it matters.

The 4th down spot was a killer but was not the only one. The play just before it I thought the shorted the receiver's progress.
Still in the final analysis KC's coaches beat Buffalo's. The players were pretty evenly matched as a whole , the coaching made the difference.

Afraid JJ Watt is totally correct right after the game. Sometimes great players get stuck in the era of all time players.

Buffalo got outcoached in this one. Full stop. James Cook is the reason you're so well balanced this year and you give him 4 touches in the first half? They've stopped the QB sneak twice so you try again? There were some mind-boggling decisions from Buffalo in this one.
Can't disagree with you, the playcalling left something to be desired, but definitely some questionable spots from the officials. Not the reason the Bills lost but it certainly didn't help.

I thought there was at least 1 clear hold/illegal hands to face on the big punt return as well. That and the catch that wasn't a catch.

Side note, I usually watch and enjoy the super bowl. This might be the least interested I've been for a super bowl and I don't think I'm in the minority.

This SB and the one that had the Colts playing the Bears are the least interesting SBs I have not seen/will not see since I started watching the Super Bowl. The first one I've watched...Super Bowl XVI. Niners vs. Bengals at the Silverdome in Pontiac, Michigan. Became a Joe Montana fan that night.

The worst Super Bowl I can remember is XXIX, Chargers vs. Niners. Niners ran away with it out of the gate. Total snoozer.
