If the ACC raids the Big East (i.e., gets UCONN and Rutgers), those rumors will be moot.

A lot of what happens next depend on Missouri heading for the SEC or if they stay in the Big 12.

Have to wait until the dust settles. If UCONN/Rutgers/WVU end up in the ACC and Louisville in the Big XII, the Big East will no longer qualify as a conference. The remaining schools would likely end up in the currently rumored MWC/C-USA merged conference.

TBH I'm quite worried at this point the Big East might be a shit conference but they have an automatic bid for the BCS and they are dangling it like a carrot in front of a horse and it's working with all mtn west schools.
