Okay, who are the schools working under the table?
Well, a lot of people view the Front Range schools and overall Rocky Mountain area as a T.V. contract cancer. Anyone affiliated with those schools, ends up caught in that net. That's what everyone thinks anyway. Therefore, any conference not including those schools will have a better T.V. deal. Lord knows some of these Big East schools are pathetic on the field/court, but most bring heavy T.V. value....and that's all that matters now. Tulane or Wyoming? Wyoming may win in all sports competitively, but Wyoming cannot compete with that T.V. market or the money Tulane puts into its sports.OrediggerPoke said:How can a team seriosuly considering leaving the MWC for the Big East without a TV deal in place.

CHEYENNE — With 1.6 percent population growth between July 2011 and July 2012, Wyoming's growth rate was fourth in the nation.
"People tend to move to areas where economies are viable," said Dr. Wenlin Liu, senior economist with the state's Economic Analysis Division, "which is particularly true for Wyoming."
