I tend to agree with you. This falls under the "everyone does it, no one cares" category. College is where you figure out who you're going to be as an adult. I made WAY more mistakes in my college years than any other time in my life. I realize what he did was illegal. Maybe Wyoming needs to change it's laws. In a state that values personal freedom, it seems silly to keep pot illegal while kids are getting drunk every weekend.
