It really is cool that Laramie topped that list. There are some good ones on there.

Laramie is a great town. I hope it keeps on giving for quite sometime!

Surprised Missoula isn't on there, but Bozeman is. Bozo is way more expensive to live. That said, there are some cool cities on that list.

This list makes me proud. It's not like Laramie accidentally got named to that list.

If anyone visited Laramie during the 90's, it's obvious how much hard work has went in to rebuilding the campus. We definitely weren't going to win that contest in 1998. That place was a delapidated craphole. Almost everything on that campus was 50 years old.

So congrats go out to the school, the legislature, and the good citizens of Laramie. You earned that ranking.

I had more fun drinking in down town Laramie than I did on Mill ave in Tempe az ( supposed to be a top party district). Yeah I don't know who can party on $6 beer night. Laramie is the best.

Rich kids spending mommy and daddy's money that don't have to worry about studying because their university is about as academically rigorous as a remedial elementary school.

I am proud to be a UW grad, but you are wrong about ASU. It is a fine school with one of the best business schools in the country, and their education program is top notch.(just to point out a couple programs) That being said, if I could be 18 again and start over, I would still choose Laramie over Tempe though.
