BB transfer portal is open

Seeing the number of guys who came to Wyoming and are now on their third school (in football too, not just MBB), makes me wonder if there is just a "type" of guy who is always looking for the greener grass. I wonder if the savviest recruiters will be able to pick up on this trait in high school kids. A lot to ask maybe, but a little bit could go a long way

He will be a great 8th man there!

Probably.

But he would likely be our best player. Which just goes to show the significant gap we now have in basketball with other MWC members.

You are probably right on that assessment. And yes, there is a massive gap between WYO and everyone not named AFA, or Joser.

DuSell and Oden both were facing coaching changes and roster turnover. In fact, DePaul turned over the entire roster/every player and there was chatter that the turnover was at the request of the new staff.

Hard to paint those guys with that brush IMO.

He’s from San Antonio so the destination makes sense. Wishing him the best.

Was hoping he would land at Texas, or Texas A&M (or even Houston). TCU? Big meh.

TCU is in the Big 12 which is probably the deepest basketball conference. Most people would say he is making a significant jump from Wyoming to there.

Could be, certainly is as of late.

Don't forget they made the NCAA Tournament this year too.
