I don't get the logic: A coach who has been here understands the challenges of coaching in Laramie? What does that even mean? How does that help? Sell Laramie for what it is like Shyatt? Anyone with a brain can figure that out. I was selling recruits on all the night life and beaches this whole time. Whoops.

I'll buy a coach wanted to be here because he loves it here and has connections here Like Gilmore. I still don't think Gilmore is ready, but if a guy like Tedford comes and kicks ass and puts us back on the map and takes a bigger job and brings us into this century, it could then be time for a guy like Gilmore. I echo what people have said above, we need to win and we need to win NOW.
