Apologies to Mr Dino Costa of XM Radio

First, thank you so much Mr. Dino Costa for moving out from New York City to give Wyoming and the Wyoming Cowboys a "national platform" on your diminutive satellite radio sports talk channel. Please forgive us for not calling in to your show and embarrassing you; the dozen or so XM subscribers in Wyoming should have known better and called in to support your vainglorious efforts to promote Wyoming football. I hope that your hundreds of listeners won't hold it against you and perhaps Govenor Mead could issue a "thank you Dino Costa for moving to Wyoming" proclamation to encourage the native rubes to subscribe to your overpriced satellite radio service.

:off: Remind me what this has to do with football? If you don't like the guy that's fine, but don't subject the rest of us to your pissing contest. :beef:

no kidding somethings need to be kept to an inside voice. If you don't like like it don't listen, I find it interesting from a different perspective and does give some extra attention that's been lacking. Keep up the good work Dino!!!

Feci!

Escrementi!

He thinks y'all are "rubes" up thar.
Attacking you Wyoming folk because of ...............

"I'm so relentless. And you're defenseless."

"I could hurt you now."

I agree this has little to do with football (although humorous)....but in the same token Dino consistently creates threads on the very same topic. In fact, it is pretty clear to me that Dino spams the site for his free advertising.

Its funny, everyone complains about skunkapegiraffegorillawhatever, but he at least keeps his posts in one thread. Dino creates numerous threads on the very same topic (his show).

Yeah.
Show business.
I know show business.
Sometimes I give money to the homeless.
Sometimes I give money to the "homeless".

"So, baby, beware. I'm just pretending to care."

It is probably some alias. If you're going to post something like this atleast don't be a pussy about it and hide behind a fake name. Seems like a stupid first post to me.

I agree. I didn't realize it was the OP's first post.

Funny & cute, and make sure to check out the national profile of me in Men's Journal which hits the shelves tomorrow http://www.mensjournal.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I truly do appreciate you keeping my name in play.

I have spent a considerable number of years out west, I've lived in Denver, and in other parts of the great state of Colorado during the last 10 or so years, and whenever we (my family) were able to head north to Wyoming, we made the decision to move here eventually when the opportunity presented itself. The fact that I adopted the POKES at about the same time I moved west (I previously never identified with single collegiate football team) probably didn't hurt Wyoming's appeal for me, and in traveling to games in Laramie it repeatedly left an impression upon me.

In addition, I've always identified with western culture and western history, and so my transition west as an enthusiast of the region made it much more easier as well as more enjoyable.

If I could go back in time and could choose to be one thing and one thing only, it would be a Cowboy, working on the ranch, or perhaps helping to spearhead a cattle drive up from Texas and into the Wyoming territory...maybe I'd be employed by the most famous Cowboy of all back in them days, Charlie Goodnight.

My SiriusXM Radio Show is heard each day from 5-9PMT, on SirirusXM Channel 86, broadcast across North America and around the world at http://www.siriusxm.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; the Show is soon to be entering its 4th year on the SXM platform.

The show consistently drives the largest listening audience of any show on the channel and routinely leads the way in terms of overall caller volume, from east to west, north to south, and all points in between.

Last year, on the cusp of another POKES football season, and knowing that I'd be relocating to my adopted home once more out west, this time not Colorado, but my beloved Wyoming, I decided to give a call to Robert Gagliardi to see if he would be interested in a weekly feature revolving around the Cowboys football program.

How fortunate was I when Robert indicated a sincere desire to do something along the lines of what I had in mind?

Last season's 'Wyoming Report' was a lot of fun to do, we took a few callers each week, spoke about the team, the games, and one time I even had Coach Christensen join the show for a bit.

This season I once again decided, against the wishes of my employer, to head forward with this very personal indulgence, an endeavor that many of my listeners in other parts of the country cannot stand, although, many have written me and opined on the air that although they cannot truly identify with the segment, they are intrigued with it, as it educates them some on an area and a school, as well as a football program they previously had no knowledge of.

The segment is a celebration of my love and passion for our great state as well as for the POKES football program.

If I can assist in serving as a positive ambassador for the school , the state, as well as for the football program, through the weekly segment I do with Robert, than I am only too happy to do so.

It is my hope that you not only enjoy the segments and listen in and perhaps participate with your own voice every now and again -- but that you also spread the news about a weekly national radio show that I'm more than convinced any other school in the MWC would give their left arm for.

SiriusXM radio possesses in the area of 25 million subscribers and has units now installed in more than 50 million cars across the United States...none of these figures includes the business and subscriber base in Canada.

In addition, when considering the incredible number of channels featuring myriad formats, interests, niche topics, and many in a commercial free fashion, at $14.00 per month, SiriusXM is one of the last true bargains in the entertainment world.

Go Pokes!

I happy to have it and you and Welcome to Wyoming, i didn't listen in summer because baseball doesn't really intrigue me that much, but when I saw that article in the WTE and that you moved to Cheyenne, man that's dedication, and yet something else that makes me proud to live in Wyoming and support my Pokes. Thanks again for all that you do, yes that's what these boards are for, not everyone will agree or disagree, but the more pub out there for UW the better in the long run in my opinion. Thanks again and Welcome. GO POKES
