From Ebay...an obvious student trying to make some extra cash. Must be a business student. ;)

"This game is a sold out game featuring the Nebraska Cornhuskers vs Wyoming Cowboys. Two tickets are general admission which means first come first serve for best seats.

September 24, 2011 War Memorial Stadium in Laramie, WY

I can mail these tickets to you or you can pick them up the day of the game in Laramie.

If you need more then 2 tickets please contact me. I will more then likely be able to get them for you.

Rage Geringer 307-331-3375"

Total BS if you ask me. Someone needs to show this kid a little something called "loyalty". If you are that hard up for cash, ask around. I know there are many Wyoming fans looking for tickets.

How many fights are going to break out in the student section with a bunch of Nebraska fans trying to squeeze their way in? This game could get really interesting, not only on the field.

I highly doubt the Nubb fans that buy these tickets will know that they will have to squeeze in with a bunch of rowdy, drunk, cursing students and will be standing the whole time.

Plus Western Thunder playing Ragtime Cowboy Joe and the Beer Song...

If those are student tickets, whoever buys them is going to be awfully upset when they ask for a student ID at the gate.

"2 possible 50 yard line"

HA i'd love to see a couple of nub fans try that one

I'm not sure Burman thought this through very well. He had to have known that students would be trying to make money on them. Things could get ugly over in the student section. Combining these guest tickets and the numerous dickheads that attend school at UW but still wear red everyday with drunken UW students and I see a bunch of fights breaking out.

If it was left up to him, (which I am not sure it was), it wouldn't surprise me.

This is gearing up to be quite a shitshow. Dumb move UW, you greedy bunch of pricks. :tickedoff:

Someone needs to let Burman know that these tickets should be used in conjunction with a validine. If they are student guest tickets, then I see no reason why the guest couldn't walk in with the student and the student can use their validine at that time. Nebraska fans in the student section would not be a good thing.

On another note, given the attendence for the first two games, in which it looks like most of the season tickets are with Wyoming fans. I don't think we'll have to worry about a sea of red. Maybe a section with some red sprinkled in, but definitely not a sea.

Go Pokes!

I know section 28 will be heavily Brown and Gold. Lot of season ticket holders that sit around me there, as well as the surrounding sections.
