anybody else get the feeling

That our team is about to get shot out of a cannon, that we turn the corner this week and start to make some noise?

I have a feeling this senior laden class is about to start playing like its their last time to lace it up.
 
I hope to hell so! I am tired of starting the year decently and then just turning into crap by game 5-6 every year. Hopefully Coach Bohl gets that changed this year.
 
I too get this feeling. For the next two weeks for sure we will play like we own the top spot in the Mountain Division. Then it gets tough again then we close out strong. We will have multiple double digit wins over the second half of the season. And Cap'n Kirk finishes with a better TD to INT ratio than our last bowl winning QB.
 
I think our defense gets it back together and starts to dominate again.
It all depends on the offense though.
I think we pull out yet another close win then smash SJSU.
 
I agree 100% with smashing San Jose. But with how poorly Hawaii's offense has played I think we get our first INT in this game and we win by double digits. Albeit only by ten possibly but double digits non the less.
 
With the bye week behind us, I expect significant strides on Offense. I believe a big part of our offensive struggles has been a new system. We got some experience and then a few weeks of practice to get things ironed out.

I also believe we start picking it up; if it were a DC team, on the other hand....
 
I expect multiple double digit wins because we can moved the ball. We had a bye week, our defense is far far better than it showed at MSU. Also we are playing far easier competition. Also what has Hawaii or San Jose proven? Yea Hawaii kept close to a couple middling PAC 12 teams (No Offense Beav) and has beaten a couple FCS teams and one lowly MWC team? Its game on as far as I see. We know we can win against teams like these two. What's to say we can't whip em if we are on like I know we can be and I have seen. So I expect a few whippings here and there.
 
Let's not go crazy here. One of you said it well a few weeks ago, we'll win the games we should (no blowouts) and probably lose the games most expected (again no more blowouts after O and MSU). If we're better than I think we might win one we're expected to lose.
 
We may not blow anyone out, but I think people will start to give the team the credit it deserves by winning some MWC games.
