Had me worried, since Fargo (NDSU) is basically in Minnesota. Hell, the Dakotas, Nebraska and Kansas ALL have their population centers shoved up against their eastern borders, which is what makes them all decidedly midwestern, not western. In other words, far more North Dakotans identify with Minnesota than Montana, and far more Nebraskans certainly identify more with Iowa than Wyoming.
