Really like watching the running game right now.
 
Soo 1st and 2nd quarter we pound the ball against AFA all half long and completely dominate it. 3rd quarter we open it up pussy foot screens and short passes in the rain and do nothing. It's something I'm sick of seeing 2nd and 3rd quarter are bad for us we had a great 2nd quarter for a change. 3rd quarter not so much terrible play calling no movement, 100% momentum swing and the defense just got run over.

Now we are known to have big 4th quarters so something could still happen but I'll never understand the idiotic 2nd and 3rd quarter play calling.
 
What the hell is up with these commentators? That was TEXTBOOK pass interference. He hit him half a second before the ball got there!

He's an Arena QB. Not surprising. Pretty blatant from the back angle IMO.

Except that last one actually would've been a first down if the Air Force defender hadn't hit him half a second early. It wasn't even borderline, he was WAY early.

A ton no some yes, 3rd quarter was 100% opposite nothing but screens and a lot of dropped balls in the rain and very little running. If we threw a ton we wouldn't have gone into the half double the rushing yards to passing yards.

We lost this game because 3rd quarter play calling was useless. At this rate if this is the 3rd quarter play calling we could lose out the rest of the year.

Played the 3rd quarter not to lose ( which cost us the game ) instead of to win, Just like we do every 3rd quarter of every game. However this time it also carried over into the 4th quarter.

I mean let's be serious be pound the shit out of the front 5 of Air Forces defense and they were all taking huge breaths at the end of the half. We had full momentum and we come out in the 3rd quarter and play great for the first drive and then we completely abandon the run. Play conservative and give the game away we were all complaining about it in the first game of the season and if you go back and re-read every game thread it's the same complaint we always have playing to not lose instead of playing to win.

Bring on the Basketball season, Football is over.

No, between DC and Calhoun. DC was pissed about something and they had to be separated.
