So.....coming of such a fun and good win last week do our boys rebound and get it done, I really think so as that game was the coming of age game for this team and I see good things continuning at the Academy, we may struggle at 1st but I think we get this one as we are the better team and we get the Zoomies UW 31 AFA 20

Also the Sheep rebound and help us against the Donkeys as well.....

Young teams need a win like this to bring things together. I think Bohl has found his RB in Overstreet as he gives us the best chance to win and sustain drives, keeping Air Force off the field. I think we struggle in the first quarter as well just until we can get our running game going, plus having a bit of a hang over from the Border War, but do enough to come away with the win. Getting our DTs rest is key. Pokes win 28-17.

Wyoming 19 Air Force 16

I am going out on a limb and predicting a defensive field position battle. I do think Air Force is able to sustain drives due to our depth issues on the defensive line but I don't think that Air Force will put up a ton of points. I am predicting Wilson with 16 tackles and Wingard with 15 tackles.

I am also predicting that James Price breaks a long one for a touchdown and that will be the difference in the game. It has been there a few times in the past couple of weeks.

I think we're going to stomp them. Not sure why, just a feeling.

The people putting money on this game don't have that feeling. I hope you're right but its Air Force in Colorado Springs on Veteran's Day weekend when Air Force is coming off a very tough shutout loss to its rival Army....

I think we are going to shut them down on D. Conversely I think they probably have the worst D in the conference and we will be able to shred them through the air while averaging ~4 yards on the ground. I don't often have a feeling like this.. kinda makes me nervous. Hope I haven't jinxed us

How many people putting money on the game are that familiar with the Pokes? I think your average fan just sees the three losses where they didn't play great and then looks at how Allen has struggled. They don't dive much deeper. I'm not saying it will happen, but I think it's very possible.

The key is to get ahead early - like 14+ points. That will minimize their running game and keep them from holding the ball so long. However anything can happen and my only prediction is that the Pokes score less than 100 and AFA gets more than 0.

This is worst Air Force defense in a long time. I think the offense clicks as much as against USU or Gardner-Webb (above average performance).

Aren’t they the leading offense though?

Nope. The sheep were. Followed by the Spaztecs, Rainbows, and THEN the Flyboys.

I think the wildcard is our defense against there run offense. We shut down their offense for three quarters last year and bohl has a good track record against airforce. You worry about lack of depth on the d line but I think we can pull it off.

Air Force averages 34pts per game and are far above anyone in scoring. Just looked it up
