Adams benched

This was funny.

Of course it's senior night. Let Bentz have a few minutes early. Proud of these seniors! The have helped change the completion of this program. I hope Bentz gets a bucket.

you almost put my heart in my throat reading just the header...lol.....i'm ok with Jack starting and I'd love him to come in a be somewhat of a factor but we won't see much time

Or...he'll have a Nathan Sobey type senior night and win us the game. Haha

I like the tradition of Seniors starting senior night...but this isn't 8 year old soccer. We play to win, and Bentz is far from a piece to the winning puzzle. Wonder who would have started if Sellers was still on the bench? LOL.

Yes, it's a great tradition, and that's why he should start. One of the great things about college sports.

Only thing I don't like about this.... Adams is on pace to break the record for most games started as a Wyoming Cowboy. But it's going to be close. Unless we go deep in a tournament either this year or next. But I think it's a good move. Washington did it a few years ago so Rob Watsabaugh could get the star on senior day.

Just Kidding? Huh?

Not sure it could be considered "one of the great things about college sports" either. Top 100, sure. ;)

I think starting on Senior Night is more about the recognition and the chance to hear your name called in the starting lineups before the game and run down the player tunnel with the fans cheering than it is about the actual playing time. He'll get to hear his name called, be out for opening tip, and Adams will probably be at the scorer's table by the time the clock reads 19:00.

Again a thread dogging on Bentz. He played a hell of a game tonight. Some fantastic assists and no turnovers in 20 minutes

I have always been against Bentz on the floor but ate a huge bowl of crow tonight. Dude played like a Cowboy and deserved to be out there. He helped our flow and our rhythm and I was quite happy to see him play.

This. All through the year I didn't like seeing him play outside of garbage time. Tonight, he played like a champ. Really wish he coulda got a bucket
