Watching college football live. Previewing Vandy and showed some of their practice. They were down on a knee while the coach was speaking and got a full zoom on ACS as he wiped sweat off his face. Wonder if mommy was producing for ESPN. lol

he posted on his FB that he is second string and ready to go if called on and ready to be the guy when it is his time

Guy starting is Aaron Rodgers' brother, and a decent QB himself. I doubt ACS will be starting any games barring injury. Although he would be the logical front leader for starter next year when Rodgers graduates.

I want to see ACS do well. Mostly because during his freshman year at UW, I made a drunken bet that he would have a better college career than matt barkley. Knowing that USC would be ineligible for post season play lol. So, yes I would love for ACS to get the starting job and win two SEC championships in a row, hoping Barkely does not win the National Championship.

Remind you all, it was a drunken bet........

And so far they both have 1 bowl win. But ACS has a MWC freshman of the year, while Barkley does not have a pac12 individual award. I think.

I know that ACS was the New Mexico Bowl MVP, I donno about Barkley in the Emerald Bowl that he won in 2009

I wish ACS the best...and hope he sees the field this year a bunch. He was a competitor, a leader, and a winner. He made a very bad & hasty decision (thanks largely to his mommy & daddy), yet tried to come back to UW after realizing it (and wasn't allowed).

He never badmouthed UW, like others have that left. Which is saying something with all the social media outlets these days.

I hope he has a good career as well but I think his transfer also had to do with not being ready to lead a team. He had a great 1st year but his 2nd year was horrendous not just as a team but as a quarterback as well. That year off probably helped him a lot.
