I think a redshirt for Hardy and Awribi will be a major bennifit so that they can size. I like Awribi's motor and think he can be a Biezuns type player if he can add a little size.
 
I wouldn't bet on any freshmen OL contributing, but definitely any JC guy can come in and make an impact. I think they said Madden has a redshirt available. Sounds like Rains and Bernthaler could be competing for a starting gig. If I had to go off past experience, I'd say that a DB could make an impact, a WR for sure and based on AA leaving, maybe even a RB pushing Sutton for a starting gig. Now that AA left, pulling the red shirt on Sutton hurts even more.

I liked what they did with the OL. Got 3 good looking high school kids and 2 JC guys, one that might be more ready and another that could redshirt. Based on Olive's size, I'd think we won't be red shirting him, but I thought that about Sumter too. We will have 4 Sr. DTs, so it's important that we hit a homerun with one of these guys. Whoever it will be, will be playing next to Mertens after next season. We really only have 4 DE's right now.

Oh well. Just works to our favor. DC will get a fire lit under the players by using that to his advantage.
 
First off, rankings are extremely subjective. Get an offer from a big name school, get more stars. Sign with a non bcs school, get a lower ranking. Also, Scout doesn't list all our recruits and have us #9 in the MWC out of 10. Rivals has us as the #6 class in the MWC, but again rankings are very subjective.

We added size and some good depth. The key it to coach these kids up.
