We'll be playing a doubleheader Thursday night against Northern Colorado at 5 & 7 PM (non-conference)

Single game against Johnson & Wales on Friday at 6 PM (conference)

Doubleheader against Johnson & Wales on Saturday at 11 AM and 1 PM (conference)

Had a decent crowd last Saturday, hope to get some more support this week. Remember it is free to get in if you can make it.

Today's games were cancelled. The weather was bad earlier so we told UNC not to come. They were non-conference games so we decided if it stayed bad it wouldn't be worth it for them to drive up.

Games still on for tomorrow at 6 PM and Saturday at 11 AM and 1 PM against JWU, conference games so they'll happen no matter what.

It really depends, some teams have guys that throw in the 80s and some teams have guys that barely throw 70.

Level of competition is definitely much better than legion. Some teams could probably compete with some of the smaller D2 and D3 schools but most of them are a step above legion and a step below NCAA D2/D3.

Probaly 20 regular season games or so. Practices are usually at 3 PM but very leniant, Mondays are at 7:30 PM at the indoor facility.

No real tryouts but if there were more than 30 people cuts would have to be made.

When the weather is nice, yes.

How were the conditions of the field? I was "lucky" to be out there in mid-March, and it was an awful sandpit in the infield, and there were "holes" all over the grass areas. Has it been cleaned up & manicured?

The dirt isn't a sandpit anymore we've gone out and raked it out and dragged the dirt.

The grass is still crummy, weird hops come off of it sometimes, but it isn't too bad. Just have to know the field, if it's on the grass it may come up and if it's on the dirt it'll die.

The mound isn't awful but it's flatter than I'd like it to be, but that's not an issue since I haven't pitched since the first series of the year and everyone else seems to be okay on it.
