So if I'm understanding correctly, GCU was for profit for 14 years building up a bunch of money, then went back to non-profit but wasn't signed off by the feds till end of last year. So now they are non-profit but have boat loads of money from their for-profit days to use on things like NIL?

I don't know if that's possible. I'm not aware of this forum software being an app, as it's optimized for mobile devices (like through a browser).
