44 points

The Nuggets put up 69 points tonight, When you look at our 44 it certainly doesn't look as bad anymore.

Hahaha let's be honest though... There isn't much in the world that looks bad compared to the nuggets this year

Lillard not being an All-Star is pretty bad.

If he's not chosen as kobe's replacement by the commissioner, I might quit watching basketball

I think Gorski needs to play about 20 min a game. While Hankerson is playing great d and rebounding well he hasn't scored in two games

I think we need to quit playing for the last 15 seconds of the shot clock! Run what ever antiquated offense Poppa Shy wants to run but stop waiting until the last 15 seconds of the SC to force up a poorly selected shot! The ol' weave out front is not going to render many points when your best freakin player is always above the free throw line extended until the last 15 seconds! Just my 2 cents. :tickedoff:

I may never understand why Larry ever leaves the paint...He is no good to anyone past 10-12 feet from the basket. Why he gets touches outside the arc is beyond me. I don't get it. It really aggravates me.

I like how everyone loves the offense when we are getting tons of dunks but hate it after a loss

I love the offense no matter what is happening but I do think the bigs spend entirely too much time out of the paint.

I also yell and scream at my TV when Cooke just stands there and doesn't move around :(

If he's out there setting screens for our guards and trying to get the defense to switch and create a mismatch I think it's great. If he has a mismatch, his quickness can get him from the arc to the basket in no time. But if all he's gonna do is play catch with 3 sometimes 4 other guys on the perimeter, I agree with you. Total waste of time

For the record I have never said that I like the offense. I think it is painful to watch and in my opinion could be much more fun to watch if they ran the floor and scored more out of transition. I have said that I like the results! :-) I think with the likes of Junior, DC, and Larry we would be incredible running the floor and being led by Josh Adams! WOW, now that would be fun! Double the amount of dunks and big time plays!

Agreed. I haven't heard many people praise the offense we run. We love dunks because, well, who doesnt. The offense is rudimentary at best.

Dunks can be hard to come by, especially if you have a collapsing defense, so the Pokes should not depend upon this offense as a primary source of points. They should heed the words of James Naismith in 1892: "If you rely on the dunk, you will flunk".

I love the offense we run. It wears people out.

How is it hard to see that?
We don't just hold the ball for 30 seconds. It is constant perimeter passing and screens. It wears people out. Who cares that we don't put up 90 per game?

We wear people out throughout the game. If they don't guard us during our wear-you-out defense then we can easily score.
