The defense looked a lot better today. It was actually pretty exciting to watch them I thought. There was 1 time the first team D absolutely blew up the first team O, and that drive ended with an interception.
Still some work to do no doubt, but the D performed a lot better today than last scrimmage.
And Wick, is looking like he is going to be the guy for the Pokes. I am sure they will still go RB by committee but Wick just looks better than all the others.
Brandon Miller, is going to be very good for the Pokes this season, at RB and WR. Big day for Miller.
Easton had a couple big moments scoring twice (one rushing, one receiving).
Does anyone know why Smith wasn't playing all that much? It seemed like DC kept having the other QBs play more and more instead of Smith. Maybe it was to see how well the offense can really perform without the star QB? It didn't look like he was hurt at all.
I don't think the offense was quite as sharp today, but I think a lot of that had to do with the defense. And 1 bad day, doesn't really mean that the offense isn't going to be good in the long run, just simply an off day.
I like the front 7 for the Pokes, looks like they can actually play.

It was his ankle and he ran it off, he will be okay... Defense looked better smith barely played and two of his drives needed one play to score, one a pass to dom and one wick run. everyone looked strong but thompson didnt look nearly as good throws were off, threw a pic and another that was dropped... I will have a write up tonight
