2nd Annual Wyonation Tailgate

I'm thinking we should start planning this out. Last year was a hell of a good time, and it would be great if we could do it every year. Now that we know the full schedule, what games would work out best for everyone to get together again this season?

Home dates:

9/7 - Idaho
9/14 - Northern Colorado
10/12 - New Mexico (Homecoming)
10/19 - Sheep
11/7 - Fresno State
11/23 - Hawaii

I'm thinking one of the September games would be ideal. Great chance for a Pokes win and the weather will still be nice. The Border War is definitely a possibility again, too, since it's in the middle of October.

Instead of it being a once a year deal, make the Wyonation tailgating experience something that is there every weekend?

I'm at every game, and everyone is welcome to stop by anytime. However, I do think that we should make one specific tailgate every year so people that can only make one game can plan on coming.

If my plans work out it's possible I could be rolling through Laramie during homecoming.. a buddy of mine and I are trying to hit the Broncos/Jacksonville game Oct 13.. so a Cowboy game is possible. All still in the air though.

If you want to plan it in the event someone can only make one game a year then don't do it in September. No one wants there 1 game to be Idaho or UNC, make it a little more interesting I.E. Homecoming, CSU, etc.

Good point. Sounds like our front runners so far are Homecoming and the Border War.

I disagree I live too far away and the best weather will probably be in September so my vote would be for Idaho or UNC. Sad b/c I would love to come to every game.

Im gonna be going to the Idaho game as ill be in Denver for the NFL kickoff for the bronco/purple pigeons rematch that Thrusday before and ill head up to Laramie on Friday. Sadly it looks like this will be the only wyo game this year for me

We started this last season. Didn't have a huge crowd, but had enough to make it fun! I'd like to keep it going so we can all put a face to our screen names.
