C-USA and MW are the tie-ins. BTW, the game is scheduled for Dec. 29th on CBS Sports.

I feel like we could get either UNM or AZ Bowl but I'd like to see us go to a different Bowl instead of always the same one and I think Arizona is a good enough location.
Okay, but what if the Pokes play a Pac-12 team in New Mexico?BeaverPoke said:I would prefer the AZ Bowl over the NM Bowl simply because unless a NY6 Bowl Game, seeing your team in the same bowl for 3 straight bowl trips kinda sucks.
I want us to have banners for dozens of bowl games, not just 1 bowl game a bunch of times.

Wyoming vs. Washington - New Mexico Bowl
Wyoming vs. North Texas - Arizona Bowl
Sacrifice better opponent that gives the program more respect if the Pokes win for a different location?
Depends on which game gets first pick.WYCowboy said:If Wyoming gets to a 6 - 6 record this year and New Mexico gets to a 6 - 6 record this year, guess who will go to the New Mexico bowl.

Don't you live in Arizona ? May that be why you think it is a "good enough" location for the bowl game? Don't lie you want to go to a bowl game right down the road from where you live don't you?![]()

I think playing hapless North Dakota and Eastern Michigan sort of balanced that out.LanderPoke said:FWIW we've played the absolute hardest MW schedule possible. Got SDSU, Nevada and UNLV from the other division.
