Cool to see Wyoming listed. I bet tons of fans would travel to Seattle.

Yeah Portland or Seattle would be kind to the Pokes. I know a bunch of Wyo people that move to Portland so maybe we could pick up a bounce from that. It's also a little bit of a smaller city that our fans could really vibe well with. Seattle works too, but I believe the Portland one keeps us in the West bracket while Seattle puts us into the South. We want to stay out West.

It would be the biggest accomplishment by Wyo Athletics in some time. Selection Sunday would need to be a state holiday.

This doesn't anything other than that Wyoming is currently in first place in the league standings. Lunardi has always signified a conference's automatic qualifier with all caps, and he always uses current league standings to determine the slot. If we want to get excited about something, it will be when he puts Wyoming in the bracket in regular type, somewhere higher than a 13 seed.

Agreed, but I'm mainly talking about the event itself being fun. It would be even more fun if Wyoming's status is positively locked up already.

I remember where I was when I saw Wyo made it in the Big Dance when I was a kid...

So freaking awesome. I just wish it wasn't the last time I saw it.

i'm still mad at myself for not making the trip to ABQ in 2002 due to half day work and then Raton Pass blizzard, I'm not going to miss us if luck smiles on us this year....PS: I dig Seattle and Portland
