Apparently this guy is visiting on the 23rd.

That would be huge if we got him. He would likely play right away and be a big help to our receiving corps/secondary.

Wyoming is low interest and Colorado is high interest.... I'm not sure how to view that since Colorado hasn't had a winning season since 05. I mean even we haven't been in the dark that long.

In other words, we need to blow him away on his visit to even have a prayer of a chance to land him.

Really? It's still a surprise? One is a Pac12 school, the other is a MWC school. If you are going to go to a poor football program might as well go to the one with the National Title and go to the one where you lose to Oregon and USC instead of losing to San Jose State and New Mexico.

Not to mention CU is on the verge of breaking through and learning how to win. Where we are going backwards.

CU is a dumpster fire. Your love for the PAC is sickening. The PAC has shitty teams too. Buffs are not on the verge

I know that your feelings for Wyoming have changed since going to Oregon State but don't ridiculous. CU is on a verge of nothing, They won 2 games this year if there was ever a team deserving of the name dumpster fire it is CU.

My point is that, that is likely the way a recruit is viewing it. Not that I think CU-Boulder is great, it's that recruits can easily see a teams record, and opponents. And if you notice a trend of losing at both, why not go to the Pac12 school?

And if you had watched any CU games this season, you would know they got more and more competitive as the season went on.

When MWC games are not on I watch P12 then B12 I saw plenty Colorado games and they looked worst than UW did in a number of games. The only reason anyone should choose Colorado over anything anywhere in the world is because of family outside of that they are plain and simple a terrible team.

I am willing to bet CU wins 6 games next season.

They have an FCS cupcake on their schedule next year, but I'll take that bet. Loser uses winners choice of avatar all 2016 football season no exceptions.

No, because they have been building their team up. They play tough, and are getting close to wins.
They lost two different double overtime games. Lost to the Beavs by 5, and lost to the Utes by 4.

They were a handful of plays away from being 6-6 this season.
This year: 2 wins, 4 one-score losses, and they only had 3 losses that were 3 scores or more.
Last year: 4 wins, 1 one-score loss, and they had had 7 losses that were 3 scores or more.

Yeah they won 2 more games the year before but the difference was they beat the Sheep the year before, and beat Cal the year before who is turning their program around too.

CU is far more competitive than they were and next year will surprise some teams.

6 wins.
They play 13 btw because of a road game at Hawaii.

So, moral victories automatically make them bowl contenders? I thought you knew better than that.

Where did I say that? Contenders? Lol yeah right.
I said they are more competitive. And they are. From getting blown out in 7 games to 3, yeah that is a big difference.

Rumor on the Buffs board is that CU (UC? I can never remember) has cooled off on Donzale Roddie. If Boise State passes on interest too (and they might) or offers a late grayshirt instead, this top-notch prospect might fall right into Wyoming's lap.

You got it right. It's CU. Same as OU down here who just fired BOTH offensive coordinators.

Can't say I didn't see that coming, some kind of move had to be made. As crazy as it sounds, Ol' Stoops is on the hot seat in 2015.

If OU doesn't win at least 9-10 games in 2015, he's gone. But here's the funny part he kept his brother, Mark, on the staff and several fans were hoping Bob would get rid of his brother. Only reason Bob fired the 2 OCs was to appease the fans and the university and still keep his $5.4 million a year job.
