2012 Football Schedule Released

Well, it'll only be for one season at least, or is it two?

Anyways, my uncle who lives in Fallen, Nevada (about 30 minutes from Reno) wants me to come out to the game so he won't be the only guy in the stands (on that side anyway) that is wearing the Brown and Gold. As his wife is an UNR graduate, and his two kids are Wolfpack fans.

That's why I avoid going down to Colorado as much as possible. If it's not a sheep, than it's a fluffaloe. And from past experiences, the sheep are slightly better to deal with.

Hawaii's schedule looks like they should win more games than they'll lose.

I can't imagine that there's an MW venue where I'd be legitimately worried for my safety.. most "tough guys" at football games are either drunks or keyboard commandos.

Every team has a bad crew, I have been to several UNR vs UNLV games and they are no worse than UW vs CSU fans, but the wobble water gets the best of most, myself included.

Still find it odd that the MWC is not putting rivalries as a priority. Wyoming-Colorado State is the conferences top rivalry, yet its in early November?

One could look at it as a game that was scheduled about as late as they dared with a goal of trying to still have a better-than-average chance of having good weather for competitive purposes and ticket sales. That first weekend in November was the weekend that the game was on a couple times while I was in school.
