Utah Game 2000

I thought some would enjoy this. Its really grainy but fun still. Its the full game where Brett Mcfall threw that 3/4 court alley oop to Josh Davis on you tube and we kicked the crap out of Utah in the AA. I had to watch it again after the SDSU game to remember the good ole days. My kids couldn't believe how fast we played back then. We didn't run an offense at all under McClain! haha If teams ever slowed us down we would lose. I hope we can see this type of pressure on offense again but with a half court offense that works as well. I can dream I guess.

I know there are a lot of people who disagree with me, but I really liked those Steve McClain teams. They had a frenetic energy like you would see on the playground during a pick-up game. When we had the athletes, it was a lot of fun to watch.

By the time he was fired in 2007, he had ran his course and it was time for him to go. I just don't understand why a lot of fans have such a negative opinion of him. Personally, I'll always appreciate the man for what he did at UW.

Most of my Poke fan friends look back on his good days with fondness. His later squads just ran out of talent....story of Wyoming athletics.
