2 Theories on the number of redshirts/players playing on D

We need a new thread besides "Brett is leaving". Please. He will stay with his coach, our new coach, and his teammates who are his brothers. He's an all-time great cowboy and has let his team down some. He's not running away like some selfish little bitch. Anway, TO THE THREAD HIYOOOOOO:

A) DC Is "resigning" and the rumor, if you can call it that, is true about him being tired of being the head coach and/or mutual separation. Therefore, the pulling of redshirts left and right in a desperate attempt in increase depth (which you would think a truly desperate coach would do) would hurt this program in the long run after he leaves and thus he's not doing that.
B) DC has been assured secretly he will be back by Burmdiggity. Therefore, the pulling of redshirts left and right in a desperate attempt in increase depth would hurt HIS program in the long run thus he's not doing that.

OR the 3rd theory:

C) He really is that arrogant, and will go down in flames "his way".

Fun to speculate, C, is probably the right answer. Still rooting for him to succeed. It's almost midnight on the night of the ball.

Or "D" He cares about his players and isn't willing to sacrifice their playing time by taking a year away from them in some last ditch effort to save his job.

I guess that is similar to your "C" but with a more positive spin.

I'll go with C. I read this post on GWG, it's from a former players family member and I think it tells a lot:

Thing about the internet, is anonymity. People can claim to be anyone (French model commercial anyone?).

Not saying it isn't a former player in that post, but only one post, and several things almost word for word the same as what a couple people on here have said, raises a couple of red flags. If it really is a former player, then my apologies, but I've seen way too many fakes that act like that though to be convinced like that.

Just going by his signature. Would be a pretty shitty thing to sign someone else's name. And it's a former player's parent.

Mizzou fans on DC. Not much, since I wasn't going to go on the pay board. Arrogance is a common theme.
