$2,000 salary for college athletes approved by NCAA

Gags has reported on twitter that Burman expects the MWC to approve the $2,000 stipend.

You'll also notice in that story that APR requirements have been raised from 900 to 930. That will make schools think twice about signing too many players that will bounce early.
 
We are going to see a greater disparity between the big boys and lil boys of the world, I wouldn't be surprised to see alot of schools like us drop down a level in a few years, imo, we should be able to compete given our economy but our state needs to pony up
