Last time I sat near the retirement home ladies, they were cussing enough to make a sailor blush. It was kind of glorious.

LOL I have NEVER sat in my assigned seats, cuz I was asked to hush, but that was 6 years ago, but it left such a bad impression on me that I've stayed in the student section ever since, yes I'm stubborn and don't want to grow up, maybe someday I'll go elsewhere, but not this year, LOL

Where do you guys sit where the blue hairs tell you to sit down? I've had my seats for nearly 2 decades and I've never had anyone tell me to sit down.

The last time it happened to me at football was two years ago, right down next to where the visitors sit. I went with some friends that have tickets there. We weren't even being obscene. The older gentleman next to us wasn't really yelling at first, but as the game went on he seemed to get into it. His wife was glaring at me like I canceled the Golden Girls. Eventually, she glared at her husband long enough, he stopped cheering as well.
I've always sat in the student section for that very reason as well. I like to get loud and people expect that in the student section.

It's worse at basketball. I've sat in about 10 different seats in the last two or three seasons, and the reaction you get is often the same. People act like they're embarassed by you making noise and shoot you dirty looks the whole time.

Yes basketball is bad, bad, bad. I've been glared at a lot for my yelling. People treat it like it's the library. Speaking of the library, maybe we could get all the loud-mouthed Arabs who hang out at Coe to attend the bball games. The noise level would be off the charts.

No one seems to mind my yelling at football games, though.

don't get me started on what they ruined with the student section at basketball games, going to bball games is like going to a library anymore, and then when you do get excited and let em know how you feel, boy the stares come out full circle, so I sit up higher to be me. Last I checked I'm a fan and I wanna act like one, not a librarian......as I was typing this me and Lander Poke didn't get together to compare the library stories honestly....lol

I haven't followed the tickets during the last two weeks, but looking at the "purchase by seating" thing, seems like we're doing pretty good this week.
Weird, now it says almost nothing is sold. Glitch?
