Very impressive performance by the Pokes tonight! 4 guys in double digit scoring, two guys with double-double's. Held Franklin in and the rest of the Aztecs in check for the most part. Held them to under 30% shooting for the game and most importantly won by 13! 15-2 now for the Pokes.
As a side note, I'm more convinced now more than ever that this season is going to be a dog fight for every team for every game. If you don't show up to play you will lose. I still wouldn't be surprised to see the confernce champ with 5 or more loses.

I think I've said it somewhere on here before as well. There's just too many good teams in the confernce for one team to run away and hide with this thing. I think that Boise, Wyoming, and even Air Force and Fresno to a certain extent can beat any team on any night, they've each already proved it--how crazy is it that Air Force hung 91 on Boise today! Obviously Vegas, SDSU, and UNM are going to beat anybody as well. Hang on folks it's going to be a crazy ride through the MWC--then look out for the tourny!
It was a fun game. I went over and watched it. I honestly thought we might hold SDSU to 6 points the first half. That didn't happen but it was less than double digits.
SDSU is a good team, they may have had an off night, but we did play some tough defense.
