These are still the level recruits DC brought in for the most part...the big difference is that Bohl has a reputation and history of developing his recruits, where as the previous regime didn't do that so well (outside of a couple of positions). Coach Bohl has also shown, at his previous BCS and FCS schools where he coached, that he knows how to put his guys in a position to win, despite maybe being a "weaker" team. All the previous regime could do is try to out-athlete the competition. There was very little teaching and scheming to exploit the other team (keeping with a game plan that obviously wasn't working).
Besides, a number of these guys are committed or are going to commit to come play at Wyoming. They want to be Cowboys and are being given a shot. Don't count them out or knock them down for trying to do something most of us could never do....before they even get on campus!
