CSU is a rival. byu is not a rival. CSU is hated, but there is a tiny little bit of respect there. byu gets absolutely no respect - they are the sleaze-bags of the world - they can not be trusted in any thing they say or do. They are not a rival.

I personally believe there is only one true rivalry in the MWC: Wyoming vs. Colorado St. Everything else is made up garbage. I'm sure I'll get slammed for saying that, but its true. All these other "rivalries" are so forced and illegitimate.

Nevada/UNLV is about the only other real rivalry (as lopsided as it is). CSU's in-state rival is Colorado, not AFA. UW/USU is a rivalry that's picking back up too. Boise, UNLV, and a few other schools are just too "new" to have long-time rivals. I should do a blog about that sometime.
